Hey man hows it goin? I'm trying to find information on any all natural teen bodybuilding competitions around Texas. I'm currently 19 years old. I tried looking for some on the internet but there were so many different divisions and acronyms. Which federation should I compete in and do know of any websites that may comtain any info on competitions coming up this year. Thanks in advance man.

Raw Squat max: 385
Deadlift: 435
Starting cut May 14th.

The WNSO-FAME, the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders (OCB) and the National
Gym Association (NGA) all have teen classes. Check out their sites and look for a show near you.
