Looking to start an HST workout

I'm sure you guys are getting tired of these threads, but I just need a few things cleared up. I want to start a training journal but I want this workout set in stone before I do that. This is what I have thus far. I'm thinking of doing Upper and a lower body worout. Monday- Upper Pull-ups OHP Bench Bent over rows Dips Shrugs Tuesday- Lower Squats Leg Press Curls Deadlifts Calves Wednesday-Off Thursday- Upper Pull-ups OHP Bench DB rows Dips Shrugs Friday- Lower Squats Leg Press Curls Deadlifts Calves Am I missing anything that must or should be in there? Should any of the orders be switched around? I'm going to be getting all my maxes this week for 15 reps. Also I'm wondering if isolation exercises are necessary? Am I supposed to do a few warm up sets before I actually start my 3 sets that count for reps? Thank for being patient with me and thanks for any help.

i would start with bench on upper days rather than pullups...u might want to alternate so its like chest-back-etc, so u arent benching then ohping or something. say this: bench rows ohp pullups dips shrugs im assuming curls on lower day is for hamstrings, correct? do deadlifts earlier, perhaps after squats u might want to watch the shrugs because if you are working them the day before deadlifts it might start effecting deadlifts. isolations are ok if u want to add a few, u already to have shrugs and calves, its ur choice, i dunno if you need them or not. u can alternate too between incline and flat, db and bb, etc. for variety also if u want on 15 rep sets, i would consider just doing 2 and not 3 sets per exercise, then upping to 3 sets for the 5 rep sets, and maybe 10s if u want.
bulking/strength training soon to begin bill starr's 5X5 current maxes: squats: 255 deadlifts: 300 bench: 185 oh press: 125 goals for jan 1: squats: 300 deadlifts: 350 bench: 210 oh pressL 145

Yes I completely forgot to put calves in there. The reason why I put pull ups first is becuause I can't do many of them, I get exhausted quick. I can do the first 10 fine but then it's more like 6-4 after the first set. Yes I did mean hamstring curls. I think everything else looks fine than? I'll take your advice on the line up you suggested. I'll see what the max reps will be for upper tonightso I can get a roll on this begining next week. My other question would be for next week when I start. Lets say my bench is 195 max for 15 reps. would I use 195 for the 2 sets than or how would that work when I do my working sets?

well u would start under your max, shoot for like 2 weeks until you hit your max, then if u can keep going beyond it then do it...you dont have to switch rep ranges until you feel youve exhausted the current rep range. yeah it's sets across, so in ur case then 195 2X15 yeah just make sure u have good, accurate maxes and plan it out so that you dont hit your max and stall right away. id max out for 5s and 10s too before u start the program hope that all makes sense
