Im looking for a loss of ten pounds of bodyfat by june. im mainly asking how should i go at this without losing to much strength mainly in Push-ups,Pull-ups,Sit-ups and my 1 1/2mile run(which should increase by loss of body weight) Now im looking for foods to eat and when to eat em? i know 5-6meals a day but of wat? just looking for good tasting but also very healthy meals for Breakfast my plan is Instant Oatmeal and milk Brunch:Bagel/cream cheese Lunch: Stew(i made has potato,chicken,Brocolli,cauliflower,navy beans,black beans and taco seasoning) 3pm: Turkey sandwhich Dinner:Stew again until its gone 2nd Dinner:Mabe stew or meat dish How should my workout routine be should i do Mon,Wed,Fri and run each day for around 30mins?

Whats your bf percentage? If it's low I dont agree with the breads and potatoes.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Wrecked13 around 18% You could get away with them then as long as youre eating in a deficit, though it would still be better to take them out completely or replace them with a better carb.

wats better then whole grain bread and red potato's plus i dont really want to get rid of em cause i have no energy with a enough carbs
