I need tips on proper isolation excercises for the lower portion of the pectoralis. I've noticed that the lower part i strainght and even on one side yet the other seems to be lacking symmetry. My pecs are fairly developed as of now it's just that area i'm looking to improve.

Decline presses or weighted dips... Feel free to switch them up each "chest" or "push" workout, however you set up your routine.

That's just your genetics. No exercises targets the lower pecs or whatever. Incline will hit upper dominantly and a lot of shoulder, but it works the entire chest muscle. Decline bench pressing is just a short range of motion flat bench press. Just do flat barbell bench, incline dumbell bench and deep ass heavy dips. it's like the crap that people say "do concentration curls to really give your biceps a peak" oh my lord. Just do a heavy curl and your genetics will determine how your biceps grow and form. Same rule applies to the chest and every other muscle.

Inclined and some regular bench presses should help do the trick.

the above answers are correct , but you got to take note that it is ((IMPOSSIBLE )) to shape your muscles its all genetics in what its going to look like when developed
