I like the simplicity of the power rack, but the bottom line with those is you just don't know what you're getting unless you can actually SEE it in person. They all look the same in a photo, but most of the non health club-grade ones I've seen up close are really flimsy. I'd stick with the big boys for the rack itself -like Body Solid, Yukon, and NY Barbell. If Body Solid is still using the same grade of steel for their systems that they used in my Smith, I'd definitely recommend them. Plus, all their sh1t comes with a lifetime warranty. As for plates and such, I have noticed that you can almost always get a complete 300 Lb set (with an olympic bar) from Dick's, on sale for $150 to $175. No, they're not rubber-wrapped, but they are excellent quality, and when you consider most places will charge approx $0.50/pound for plates alone, that's like getting the Olympic bar for nada (or should I say "Squat"? )

The Power Rack looks like the newer Powerline. It's good quality equipment. Not ultra-sturdy, but one of the best non commerical peices equipment on the market for the price. It look like the newer version to with more catching pin position options which is useful for partials.
