Dude just get some frozen chicken breasts, and cook em like normal in the oven no seasonings or anything. Save it all in the fridge for the week. Buy some Enchilada sauce and some salsa. Chop the chicken up into chunks and pour either the salsa or the enchilda sauce straight onto the chicken. Mix and eat. IT TASTE GREAT and its simple. The Enchilada sauce taste the best in my opinion. plus it is cheap lol

super easy and the only way i can down a lot of chicken at a time: chicken breats however much olive oil hot sauce (not tobassco, like louisianna, i just buy whatever is cheapest) Pour the oil into a pan/wok and get it hot then throw the chicken in and cook under golden and fully cooked. in a bowl put about a table spoon of butter and 3 table spoons of hot sauce microwave it for 40 seconds and mix. Dip the chicken in this and if you want ranch. Delish
