Age:15 Height:6'3" Weight:236 MX Bench: 144.2LBS MX Squat: (Dunno) Body Fat: 27percent. Goals By August 1st 2006. MX Bench: 240LBS MX Squat: (Dunno) Body Fat: 15ish. Nov.3rd Today was my first day at the gym and working out. I started by stretching to test my max bench, since I hurt my hand earlyer at school toady I didn't want to hurt my self. I complted a max bench of 144.2LBS at 3 reps, then did 20 reps of 80 LBS. I mostly just tried all the machines but I maxed out at 280LBS on a machine which you close your thighs together. Overall I'm happy about my first day at the gym, I only stayed 40 minutes because it was busy that day and I have a test tomorow morning. I hope to reach or surpass my goals and change my life style I would like to thank Hulk for telling me what some work outs are and what I should work on.
