is it essential?

no one else seems to talk about the loading phase i seem to be doing

Reflex creapure says to load on it, take 4 times a day for 5 days

then once a day for maintainance.

Is this essential or is it a way for them to make money?

most say theres no reason to do a loading phase.. its basically a marketing scheme to make you use alot so you have to buy more soooner..Some say its necessary but most people on here will tell you its not.. just take your 5g a day and youll be fine

if you do a little bit of web research you will see that the loading phase is nonsense

ok so no load needed. Will my stomach be injured in anyway due to this?

might be a stupid question but iv heard of people having damaged stomachs with creatine, mainly due to lack of water. I do drink plrenty of water with creatine so hopefully im ok! =]
