Creatine is not stable in liquid (over time) so any liquid creatine is a waste.


Creatine is usually creatine phosphate, it will never mix with anything, so yes, it will be stable for decades in any solution except maybe DMSO...

Now, creatine pyruvate... there is the sweet spot... try it... you'll love it... i know i do...
