Any thoughts on liquid creatine? And are there any benefits/pitfalls to avoid if you are female and wanting to take creatine? -Nikki

Creatine is not stable in liquid. I know of no legit product. Just get some plain ole creatine monohydrate powder, add it to water, preferably with some dextrose, and you will be all set. Optimum Nutrition is a quality, inexpensive brand.

Meaning you should buy dextrose in bulk (just a type of sugar). Add flavor, like non sweetened tea/cool aid, etc.
