Ladies I am asking you cause I can't see that a topical cream could spot reduct. Everything that I have read says that you can't spot reduct. This is why I am asking for any of you ladies that have used it, does it work? Is it perminant if your diet and exercise is kept up? My girlfriend really doesn't like her thighs and bum, so it would be nice if it worked for her. Thanks. Andrew

dont search, dont read. You cant spot reduce. Period. You cant pop a superpill and sit on the couch, all while some thermogenic product gets you lean and mean. Just like you cant apply a lotion to the skin and lose cellulite/fat. The only way to lose it, is burn it off through exercise, and though a proper diet..that means burn more calories than you take in in a day, and dont go over your caloric intake. Don't waste your/time money on an industry of con artists trying to make a quick buck off of ignorance an/or the desperate. Case in point: It is impossible..to SPOT REDUCE even...with WEIGHTS. no WAY a cream, can beat that.

Thanks 3DAYS2GLORY that is what I thought. I guess she will just have to work even harder (not that she doesn't work extremely hard as it is). I suppose that it hasn't been endorsed by the governing body of that sort of things so I have read so I suppose it can't be that good them. Ah well.

you're welcome. She will most likely want to keep working out with your positive reinforcement and after she sees her weight loss and new tone.

ORIGINAL: Blitzseth You should use the search box...very useful. *shakes head* I hate when members say that. Some people like tailored made answers Nic! Bad Boy. i agree, BUT you have been here for a while, and you see those people who ask the same questions over and over again, it does get annoying. It will do a person good if they search and find an answer to there own question.
