Lingering chest injury. Need help. Inflammation will not go away!!! - Tuesday, December 06, 2005 7:21 PM ( #1 )
I have had a left pectoral problem since the summer of 2003. It has lingered ever since and has kept me from lifting weights for 2 years now. I cannot even run like I use to do to my chest becoming inflammed and it even affects my shoulder and back. I even have aches and pains while on the computer or doing minor physical activity. The mobic has helped at times but the injury will not go away. The injury is very wierd. If I workout the pain takes days to come but last for days on in. I am desparate and want to know if anyone out there has had this same injury and what they did to correct it. Please, please help!!!
