I have a minor cold, I was wondering if it would be ok to do a little bit of lifting?

You don't have to be a little douche bag about it....I said its minor I have a runny nose thats about it.

I took a week off from school sick as ****.... i was puking my guts out and when I wasn't puking, I was ****ting my guts out........ I worked out that whole enitre week and made gains... Train like an Animal

Mild cold... just workout light. It helps. But don't go balls out. Or you'll just prolong the sickness.

Flu symptoms... just bail on working out entirely. Not only for the people around you but you aren't going to make any gains anyway and you'll just prolong the sickness.
