At first if you push yourself you might get that 'cant put arms down' soreness but then after a while that just turns into a tenderness on touch for a few days after. It's normal.

Yep, well put there Virtuoso! Sometimes you might take long breaks from the gym and come back and hit it hard you'll feel intense soreness, and then it wears off as you keep working out. If you don't feel anything the next few days after your workout then you probably didn't push hard enough. Once its sore or feels something similar to it, thats when you know you did something productive in the gym.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts! Age: 18 Height: 5' 7" Weight: 162 lb Current Status: Strength Training (Max-OT)
