NOTE: This thread will be updated as more days progress.

First post as of 4 Workout days, 1 rest day

1st day, Friday, Feb 3: Very intense ab workout, abs felt stronger than ever, and did not quit, intensity stayed up, and my abs felt destroyed after words...3 days later they looked and felt great.

2nd day, Sat, Feb 4:  Intense chest workout, felt amazing, weights were down per say, but this is almost 99% due to getting off creatine a week earlier along with taking a thermogenic fat burner (not currently taking), sets kept coming, and I kept pushing myself...solid workout.

3rd day, Sun, Feb 5: Bicep workout, pretty strong workout..not as good as I was when on creatine, but the biceps are such hard muscles to grow.  However the workout altho with not as heavy of weights was intense, and i never felt like giving up, I even came to the point where I had to tell myself to quit in fear of overtraining.

Mon Feb 6th : off day, extreme headache, hopefully unrelated...most likely due to all day classes, and eye sight not so well, so I had alot of strain on my eyes...and the sun was out and beating hard. my opinion tottally unrelated to supplements. Leukic taken only in the AM, (3caps)

4th day, Feb 7: I just had my most intense Lat workout ive ever had, and i still have energy, and my lats are absolutely destroyed. It felt great...SOLID solid workout(Tues) Def a plus for the supplements, maybe having more effect after a few days of use?

Cons thus far:  Gakic tastes like crap.  Ive developed a case of MuddButt, although this could alternately be because of increased protein intake, some of this definitely has to do with one of the two supplements. Not sure which.

How im consuming the supplements:  3 leukic upon waking (i think 6 is harsh, so i split it), 6 before workout, and 3 before bedtime.  (see how i split the morning and night?) recc: 6 caps per serving.

Gakic I mix with my current energy drink (Blast cycle) 20-30 min before workout. Not the best tasting.

I will try to update this thread as much as possible. Thank you.

So do you think that the energy that your getting has more to do with GAKIC or LEUKIC?  So your taking 6 LEUKIC caplets per day right? I am more interested in the results of LEUKIC than GAKIC.

Im taking a total of 12 leukic caps per day, 3 in the morning, 6 pre-workout, and 3 before bed.

5th day, Wed Feb 8: Abs, good workout, not as intense as the first, but my energy was down due to my lat workout yesterday and then playing an hour of intense soccer last night, so i was exhausted.

I cant really tell which supplement is really working, Id say the gakic as far as during workout, and the leukic as far as the rebuilding process.

Yeah, I'm starting the Gakic and Leukic tomorrow.  I'm going to keep my protien intake the same (to see if the Leukic gives me a better conversion rate if it does I will slowly increase my protien intake) I've heard good stuff from everyone who's taken it and I have only heard bad from people who haven't tried it but think they're naturopathic medical consultants like me.  I also have no idea how to create my own thread so I'll try to post my results day by day on this one.  Just looking for consistancy, not a homerun (but still hoping I'll find the homerun)

Day 1.  I'm happy with Leukic/Gakic.  My workout today was very...wierd.  My muslces would never feel tired.  I was repping out like crazy and never hit failure.  For example, last week I did 75lb (150lb total) dumbell military presses.  I did five reps.  This week I did 10 reps but I didn't feel anything...NOTHING.  So for a supplement to begin working the moment you take it is puzzling.  It does what it claims to do.  Oh, if you're worried about loosing pump from Arginine/Nitric Oxide sups, don't worry, you won't remember what that kind of pump is after you take Gakic/Leukic and that's only after being on them for 3hrs.  Tomorrow is leg day and we'll see how things go.  P.S. my arms are filling up shirts that they normally would not be.

A couple questions -
I'm a little bit of a smaller guy...5'9'', 169-172lbs. Would it be effective for me to take 3 Leukic tablets pre-workout along with one scoop Gakic?
Also, for those of you taking these two in conjunction, what are you taking post-workout? Sorry if I missed this somewhere...

Yeah it would be good to take Leukic with the Gakic but take the six and not just three.  Keep in mind that Leukic is newer even more so that Gakic and the effectiveness has not been established (at least not by anyone I know)  As far as post workout goes...if you're a hard gainer I would go with a weight gainer like Real Gains by Universal (which will give you lean muscle gains) or N-Large II by prolab (which will just pack on mass; fat and muscle).  If not then get a gram of protien per lb. of body weight.  Make sure not to take less Leukic/Gakic than is recomended, if anything take more.

i take the gakic directly mixed with my energy drink 20-30 min before workout, i'll take 6 caps of leukic immediately before workout.

Post workout, im taking 2 scoops of ON 100% Whey.  Then about an hr later a meal.

right now, i would say a + for Leukic, and a no benefit for gakic.

my body has been feeling more anabolic, my workouts are getting more intense, and mass wise I am growing despite being a week off of creatine.

im going to do another workout tonight, a solid leg workout, so i will write up a reply later.

i have not experienced any of the extreme mass gains that some on here have stated...

i currently weigh in at 163, but i fluctuate throughout the day depending on water intake and food, from 161-167, so we shall see. stay tuned.

Day 2: Leg day.  The Leukic/Gakic was great today.  I though I would see the real results today because the legs have more lactic acid in their muscles than any other body part.  I kept repping out and didn't feel a thing.  Also, today my shoulders sore.  That usually never happens.  The Leukic and Gakic really helped me burn them up.  So far I'm really impressed.  Monday is chest day and I'm excited to see what happens on bench.  I am also wondering how the Leukic is gonna help me recover over the weekend.  We'll see how fresh things feel on Monday.  If Leukic is what Muscletech says it is then I'm looking forward to putting on some solid muslce.

6th day, chest:  I'm lasting longer in the gym, and getting off more sets per exercise than before.

7th day, shoulders:  My best shoulder workout every, had the drive to keep going until I couldnt lift anymore.

when i run out of gakic, I will be going leukic only for a month to see which of these is producing results.

8th day: Abs.  Killer ab workout. My best yet....my main exercise in this routine is the weighted decline crunch, holding a weight behind my head.  I originally started out with an 8 lbs no more than 3 weeks ago doing about 15,12,10,8 reps....I am now upto holding a 15 lb weight behind my head and still doing a 15, 12, 10, 8 routine....

also finally figured out the key to the hanging leg/knee raises. You must hold a pause at the top of the movement for a good 2 seconds and concentrate on the way down. 4 sets, 15,12,10,8

weight mid-workout, 165

Tyler i think you have read the label wrong.....I dont think you should be taking 12 pills a day......it says.......take 6 before you wake up, but on workout days take right before.....Unless im not seeing something here?

It says for extreme results, take twice a day.

On that note, I had a helluva back/shoulders workout again yesterday... not as good as last week but I still didn't feel tired during the workout.  You'd think after an hour and a half of solid consistent lifting with little rest you'd be beat, but I wasn't.  Unfortunately, I ran out of milk last night so I haven't had a protein shake in a while, not good.   The other thing I noticed is I was still sore yesterday when from my chest workout on Monday, in fact most of my muscles remain sore for some time.  I haven't felt like that in a while, but I can't help think that this is due to the Leukic as it says it promotes immediate and rapid muscle growth and my body is just reacting to that.  A little bit scary because now I don't want to overexert myself to the point where I tear something just because I feel strong but my body hasn't kept up to the point of growing other stabilizer muscles just as fast... we'll see, biceps and triceps friday

From what I am reading here this supplement sounds nothing short of amazing! I just ordered a big ol' stack of Animal products to try out for the next 3 weeks, and then I think I will re order so after my week off from then so I use them for a total of 6 weeks on 2 weeks off (3 weeks on one week off) all togther and then report myresults and write up an article.

I think after that I will try Leukic and Gakic because they sound amazing and I think it would be a lot of fun to see how things go in the gym.

Keep posting results from this product I am very interested in reading about it.
