all i know is it is knew and most people i know have been getting great results.i am goin to take back my nitro-tech and cell-tech and try it i will tell you how it go's wish me luck

I ve been taking Leukic for a week now and have not noticed much difference yet.  I have noticed a little in my chest since i started taking but i dont really know if it is from th leukic. I also have noticed that i seem a little trimmer since being off of No-X for a the last week. I have been working out for a month and a half now and have made great gaines, first with a tub of NO-X and then taking Leukic, and taking protein with both.  Ill be honest, i think while you get more energy and drive from NO-X, I think my muscles were retaining water from it. Like i said i haveny been taking NOX for a week no so i have been noticing a liitle more definition, ok, and the same time i havent noticed any drop in the amount of weight i have been working out with. Perhaps the Leukic has Kept me from losing any strength. I honestly do miss that explosion of energy i geo from NO-X though. The one thing i really do not like about Leukic is the size of the pills. I cant even take them with water they make me gag. Ive been taking them with 1% Milk. 

Q: I have been thinking about doing a 4 week cycle off BSN's Mass Stack with Protein after i run through this bottle of Leukic. Does anyone have any positive or negetive feedback on this stack?????

Dude this thing don't have any side effects I  know one thing if  you are taking 6 of these horse pills a day you a mad I get pumped just on one dose. Play it safe and take 1-2 a day

I have been taking the recommended dosage, 6 Horse pills a day, and cannot feelt he difference one way or the other. I workout every day weather it be cardio or weights. Perhaps going from taking NOX before working out to Leukic is why. when i started taking NO-X i relly get a rush of energy. so comparing that to Leukic, i dont notice it. On the back of the Leukic container it says For extreme results take twice a day.  I Dont think it would be worth buying and useing this supplement if you are not going to use it as directed. Your just wasting your money.

for the past few days i've actually been stacking no-x with leukic and i have noticed some certain differences. first of all i am still pumped with energy from the no-x, along with a little extra energy boost from the leukic. also i've gotten noticeably more defined. another thing about leukic is that since i started taking it i wake up in the middle of the night and my muscles are aching like i've been working out all night.

I have been taking leukic for about a week. and i definitely like this product. I have seen a lot of definition through out my body, my chest is more shaped, my biceps are more firm, im a lot leaner. Before i was on it i didn't have even the start of a six pack but since on this the outlines are coming out. I go to the gym 6 days a week and with leukic it feels like i can lift till no end. And not drop weight i lift. I stack this with another muscletech product Anator p70 protein and glutamine.

The bottle says to take leukic before you workout should i take it before i run on my cardio days??

I dont think so leukic is made for bodybuilding not running, it wont hrut you to take it but i wont do anything eather

i JUST finished a bottle of leukic, horrible horrible horrible....take some good bcaa's....some shyt...its not worth it. Or buy a cheaper brand...

I know i have been stacking Leukic and gackic for over a month now and i have noticed a hugh difference.  In just two weeks i started going up in weight, for instance my bench went up 25lbs in the first two weeks.   i noticed significate size increases and strength from my stack.  I just add some ethyl ester creatine (leave that monohydrate crap on the shelf) to my stack and my gym days are insane now. i would defiantly recommend the leukic, gackic, and ethylester creatine stack.

I just bought Luk and Cre yesterday. I was hoping that I could get advise about it. The worse part about it is taking 6 pills. Huge bullet pills at that. Hopefully this will work. Wish me luck.

what does leukic do seriously....i know its leucine and it keeps u anabolic...but how does it affect ur body what makes it cause u to be in a constant state of anabolism

iv used gone through 4 bottles of leukic, stacked with masstech, and gained about 7 lbs a month. i was taking the recomended dose of 6 in the morning and 6 brfore my work outs. your not going to have explosive gains or noticable results in the first week, but your not going to have that with any product besides a prohormone, or roids. just stick with it take the recomended dose and you will see good gains, and no side effects

leukic is made for long term gains u have to stay on it for a while to see gains....exactly wat fresh bro said u arent going to see gains for a while..i dont think it is worth it u can get the same amout of bcaa's in protien shakes..you need about 7 to 8 grams of leucine per day and thats is all that is in leukic.

Everybody is different.

I personally think Leukic is a quality product. You don't get 7.2g Leucine from BCAA's. Leukic gives you the full daily dose you need, as well as boost protein synthesis.

I am almost out of my 2nd bottle and I'm getting my third this week. I definitley see positive gains.

Yeah, you don't get 7.2 grams of leucine from BCAA's, but there are several protein powders that carry the same amount and more in just one serving. The difference between Leukic and BCAAs is that Leukic is bound to KIC for absorbency reasons. Just like they bind Arginine to AKG and sell it for 3-4 times as much as regular arginine. I don't think it's a miracle supplement and I know it's not going to solely improve a bench by 25 pounds in two weeks. Staying anabolic isn't going necessarily make you giant, it's just keeping you in a muscle building state, what you do from that point also counts. Any supplement is directed for long term goals

i dont use bcaa's because of how much protien i drink in the gnc protien which is the stuff i use ther is...

valine:1330mg(bcaa)

so with all those amino acids i get in protien seems silly to go buy another supplement just to get anoth small amount of bcaas when u get more in the protien than in a serving of bcaas.well the gnc ones and thats the only bcaa supps i have acsess to.
