OK! Well there is so much debate on loosing fat and building muscle at the same time. Well check this out, in theory this should work, and I wanted to get some input. I already know the functions of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. The morning right when you get up from sleep is the ideal time for the body to burn fat. If you are building, but lets say you get up early, not ingesting any carbohydrates, and do a fat burning cardio for about 4o minutes or so. Your body would have to use stored fat for energy right? The normal workout routine should not be hindered because your body is essentially performing 2 totally differenct operations at 2 seperate times. Anyone?
