I can hardly run, I have no explanation for this feeling because I have not been lifting my legs too hard.

I don't know anything about M1p, but Alri or Anabolic Extreme's Ergo Max Lean Mass Generator shouldn't affect your legs that way. You might redirect your question to Dan. He knows a lot more about individual supplements and their reactions than I do.
