Leg hernia - Friday, January 13, 2006 3:02 PM

Did legs yesterday and noticed in the evening that i had something nearly popping through the skin in my leg. it was about 3/4" long and 1/2" thick and was hard. Went to the doctor today and its a hernia, the muscle rolled up and broke through the layer before the skin. so i am taking her easy and not doing legs for a bit. Just thought i would let everyone know so u can look out for things like this in the future.

Height: 5'9"

Arms 14 5/8"

It is rock hard, not soft like a lipoma, it dissappeared into my leg, which lipomas stay in the same place, and my leg hurts in the area from doing damage to it on leg day.
