Leg hernia

( #1 )
Did legs yesterday and noticed in the evening that i had something nearly popping through the skin in my leg. it was about 3/4" long and 1/2" thick and was hard. Went to the doctor today and its a hernia, the muscle rolled up and broke through the layer before the skin. so i am taking her easy and not doing legs for a bit. Just thought i would let everyone know so u can look out for things like this in the future.

is this hernia at the back of your knee? (i.e. popliteal hernia?) or is it on the upper part of ure legs where they join your trunk?

upper leg, doc says its not an inguinal hernia, and likely not a femoral hernia.he says this because its not where those hernias occur. it is further out on my leg.

definately wasn't a lipoma. It is rock hard, not soft like a lipoma, it dissappeared into my leg, which lipomas stay in the same place, and my leg hurts in the area from doing damage to it on leg day.
