Hey guys, How common is alternate shape of muscles on their opposing sides? I know Jay Cutler's biceps are very different to one another, but he's a pro lol. Does anyone else feel more of a pump in one arm compared to the other? It's not just my bicep, the tricep has a full horseshoe on my left, but is lacking a tad on the right. It's so annoying! Any suggestions?

Hey i have this with my right bicep. My right is bigger than my left, and when using dumbells at the gym, i can always seem to do more reps with my right arm. Maybe its because i W*nk with my right? Or just beacause i use my right for everything lol. No scientific suggestion though, sorry.

i got the same problem, my left bicep, tricep, delt, calf and quad are smaller than my right but its not to big of a deal except for my triceps where the right side is shaped different than the left. But my left lat is stronger than my right. It doesnt bother me to much the size difference is like a couple of millimetres.

It's probably because if your right handed/footed, you will put more of the strain/weight on your right arm/leg when working. Only reason i can think of.

Most people aren't 100% symetrical. If your getting uneven results try training your weaker arm 100%, and hold back your dominant arm. For example, if you can do 10 bicep curls with 35 pounds with your left arm, then only do 10 with your right arm even though its stronger.
