Hey to all!

My name is Lari, I'm 19 years old and come from Finland. I just started today training again after about a year off and decided to start a training log.

Here's my stats:

Weight:67.5kg, (67.5x2.2)lbs=150lbs
Height:–185cm, –6'1"
Age:19yo
Deadlift:–85kg (–190lbs)
Bench:–50kg (–110lbs)
Full squat:–60kg (–135lbs)

Goals:

Weight:90kg (200lbs)
Deadlift:200kg (440lbs)
Bench:140kg (308lbs)
Full squat:170kg (374lbs)

Some day, some day...

Edited to the previous posts that this is a full squat (ass to calves), not a regular one. Pretty good, +10kg in one month. Hopefully will get to start with the deadlifts on saturday, and with the close grip benching also, otherwise my bench won't grow.

Have to relearn to fire with my rotator cuffs and lats. This is done basically by retracting the shoulder blades together and then push them down. At the same time you have to try to tear the bar apart to sides with your grip.

At the same time a 12-13-year-old little kid deadlifted 130kg like nothing and then 140kg. He trains olympic lifting with the guidance of his father, who's been one of the best OL'ers in the country.
