Hi, I was just wondering if anyone on the board plays lacrosse? If so, what would be a good routine during the offseason? Thanks, Nate

I tried out for the senior team in grade 8, was on the field for 2 minutes, got rocked by this big gr9 dude and broke my collarbone. haven't played since, hahaha

lacross is so much fun. I suggest hip explosion. lol lots of upper body power to beat people down.

Abs play a big part in throwing the ball as you swing your body. Stronger the abs the more momentem they can make threw the twisting motion of the body the further and faster the ball will go.
