Hey guys its me again...Well my diet has been going pretty well...Iv lost about 10 pounds in about 2 1/2 weeks....But man, I have some man Boobs...And i just cant seem to get rid of them...I bench a lot too...Can you guys give me some tips for losing them? Anything is good THANKS

Diet and cardio. It really doesn't matter how much you can bench, the muscle simply builds under those man boobs- In order to lose the boobs, you have to lose the fat through proper nutrition and cardio. Good luck!

We all know that it in NO way does that...LOL. Maybe indirectly w/ regards to increased appetite. I know this isn't the board for sunch topics..but just saying... You do harm by continuing the demonizing of ...well you know.... Just my opinion.

Check this out I know it may be a little hard to believe when it comes from an anti-drug organization, but dont think its laughable. I read a couple different opinions, some said yes, some said no. I know personally, when you count up all the other negatives associated with marijuana, the four hour stupid fest doesnt seem worth it. I live in BC man. Half my friends are stoners and I used to be one too. Im not trying to demonize marijuana in any way. I'll smoke a blunt maybe once every couple months (and when I do, I like it a lot more than when I smoked it everyday). Im simply telling you, the bodybuilder, that it could be anti-productive to building muscle. I've got better things to do with my life now and in the future to waste time and money on bud. Smoke at your own risk. Just dont say I didnt warn you.
