Liquid Creatine Review by AST

99% of people who understand creatine from a scientific perspective will tell you that creatine in liquid isn't stable.

Bottom line: Marketing gimmick

Read the review, you will find very similar such things on any other board as well.

While this is a review for another product by HST, it mentions Muscle Marketing.. and basically, all liquid creatines fall under the same umbrella at this point.

quote:

Even if you could make creatine stable there is still no advantage to packaging it in a liquid. If fact, there are nothing but disadvantages. Just like milk, orange juice, and virtually every other consumable liquid mixture, it will go bad over time. Currently with creatine it starts to go bad (degrade into creatinine) in a matter of hours.

If you have questions.. post away. Smile

Because sometimes things work for people that normally don't.

If liquid creatine works for you.. then isn't that all that really matters?

If you take a sugar pill and gain 10 lbs of lean muscle in a month? Who cares.

Maybe it is working.. I just have seen enough posts/studies to show it shouldn't. But maybe this company has found a way??

And Supplements101, as with any store, sells because it's a business. Besides, think about it this way. If you are taking liquid creatine and it's working. Do you really want them not to sell it because I found a few posts along with others that say it doesn't?

Bottom line.. they are a business. They sell supplement products.

In my case.. I can't stand Optimum protein. I think it's the bottom of the barrel. But should they stop selling it? Nope. It works for some, they like the taste, and it's economical.

All I'm saying is that liquid creatine seems more expensive then it's monohydrate powder alternative that you can mix yourself.

Same bang, more bucks in your pocket.

But again, if you are getting results.. Smile

i don't want you to be mad or anything, its just i didn't know why and stuff, and you do give some great advice in here to help me and everyone and i thank you for your opinion of the stuff because im not going to tell anyone to go out and buy liquid creatine because like you said the other creatine is cheaper except that damn ****ty cell tech, but hey cell tech might work for some people but it didn't for me, thanks mda for your responses

Not mad at all dude.. this is all about sharing and debating. Smile

If you get anything out of this forum at all.. my goal is meet. I just want a place to debate, ask questions about whatever and see if we can all learn something collectively.

Celltech sucks. It's expensive because of the thing call Advertising. They have to pay for those 7 page "stories" in the magazines.
