Thats pretty cool to hear tyler.  I still have my saved GAKIC sample i recieved in the mail.  But i still want to know whether LEUKIC makes you feel a certain way, and whether u have noticed significant gain in muscle mass.  Is there anyone out there who is taking LEUKIC WITHOUT GAKIC?

i took leukic for about 3 days without gakic. i was waiting for my no-x to come in the mail. i didn't see any perworkout pump but i cant tell you if it works or not because i take so many damn supps its hard to tell whats working and whats not. i cant wait until creakic comes out. according to jay culter, its ten times better then steroids and thats all he has been taking for the last year and if anator p70 would have been out last year he would have beat ronnie coleman.

RE: LEUKIC by MuscleTech - Saturday, March 04, 2006 8:36 PM
Actually I have heard some bad things about creatine. I don't know who to believe, but several people claim to have nearly failed kidneys.

Creatinine

Creatinine
is a breakdown product of creatine phosphate in muscle, and is usually produced at a fairly constant rate by the body (depending on muscle mass). It is filtered by the kidney. If the filtering of the kidney is deficient, blood levels rise. This effect is used as an indicator of renal function.

The following is a listing of scientific sources detailing the cause and implications of creatinine.

1

A waste product in the blood that results from the normal breakdown of muscle.
-Medline

2

A component of urine and the final product of creatine catabolism; formed by the nonenzymatic dephosphorylative cyclization of phosy phocreatine to form the internal anhydride of creatine.
- PDR Medical Dictionary

3

Creatinine (CRN) is a by-product of the creatine production. Ingested creatinine is waste for the body and excreted by kidneys.
- Degus Germany

4

Creatinine is excreted by the kidneys
. - Greys, Anatomy & Physiology

5

Normal Creatinine Clearance levels in healthy humans:

Men .97 to 1.37 mg/dl (97-137 ml/min)
Women .88 to 1.28 mg/dl (88-128 ml/min)

(St. Vincent Healthcare, Department of Pathology, Billings, MT)
(American Kidney Foundation)

6

Creatinine clearance levels above 1.37 mg/dl (for men) and 1.28 mg/ml (for women) is dangerous to healthy kidneys
- St. Vincent Healthcare, Department of Pathology, Billings, MT; American Kidney Foundation

7

Increased creatinine levels will damage kidneys.

8

Damaged Kidneys are non reversible injuries.

Measuring serum creatinine is a simple test and it is the most commonly used indicator of renal function. It should be remembered that rise in blood creatinine levels is observed only with marked damage to functioning nephrons; therefore this test is not suitable for detecting early kidney disease.
A better estimation of kidney function is given by the creatinine clearance test, which, however, is less convenient and unsuitable as a screening test because it requires the collection of urine over 24 hours.
Men tend to have higher levels of creatinine because they have more skeletal muscle than women. The reference range for creatinine is 50 to 110 μmol/L.
Eliminate Creatinine from your supplements!!!

RE: LEUKIC by MuscleTech - Sunday, March 05, 2006 8:48 AM
I just wanted to continue to update people on how these products were coming along for me since there really hasn't been anyone else... including the guy that started this thread.

I just wanted to say the initial pump effects that I felt when I took Gakic and Leukic the first week have worn off.  That's not to say that they're not working because I still feel pumped up an hour and a half later into lifting.  I have the feeling of never wanting to leave the gym most of the time because I feel like I haven't done anything even though I'm lifting great amounts of weight and just pumping out rep after rep.

My overall results are great.  I'm looking more and more lean and muscular every day.  The donut ring around the lower end of my body from all those bar nights is getting slimmer and slimmer.  Everything is looking better than I could have thought.  People around me are commenting as well.

That being said, I DO NOT want to mislead people into believing that the combination of Gakic and Leukic alone is the sole reason for these results.  I have been dieting accordingly eating plenty of salad, some random pasta for carbs, egg whites, tons of chicken breast, including my favorite grilled whole wheat wrap with chicken breast, brown rice, and a little creamy italian.  In general, I'm not a person who sleeps well at all, I never have, but I do try and get my 8 hours in a night even with my demanding schedule.  I avoid all fast foods and any type of junk food alltogether, but maybe once a week I'll treat myself to a pizza or something.

I know this may sound ridiculous, but I am Catholic but not a church goer, and even then decided for Lent I'm giving up alcohol.  With all the extra carbs and calories, and the fact that it's probably not healthy for my liver when I'm consuming 31 pills on lifting days... I could probably save some money too.

If you checked my profile you'll see I'm on a sizeable stack right now.  The Biotest Hotrox and 6-OXO could have a lot to do with my results as well not to mention the 3-4 whey and 1 muscle milk shake(s) a day.  Even the multivitamin and fish oils probably have a role.

As far as side effects... there aren't a whole lot.  The one thing I have noticed despite contrary belief is I am very on edge.  Over the last three nights I snapped at a lot of people and felt pretty antisocial and pissed off.  Unfortunately one person I yelled at was a friend, and it was his birthday.  I talked about this with my friend at GNC and when i told him I was also taking the 6-OXO at night in combination already with Leukic he said no wonder.

All in all, next month I'll be getting off of the Gakic and Leukic because I'm afraid my body will simply get used to it to the point where it doesn't have its intended effect.  All in all, is this stuff giving me what's it's supposed to bang for buck?  Probably not and I could probably replace them with cheaper versions.  Next month I'll continue to take the Whey, Musclemilk, vitamins, Hotrox, and 6-OXO but I'll probably be adding Six Star CEE and something else in place of the Muscletech supplements.

So for the next two weeks I'll continue to update you guys with info and so forth.  Wish me luck with the whole ridiculous alcohol abstinence thing.

Hey guys, yeah i started this review and I have been insanely busy at work, so sorry i have been MIA...this is the conclusion I have come to about Leukic..

Initially, i purchased the supplement because I was getting back into working out after being out of it awhile. I have always been in relatively good shape, active, and my body has never had problems fighting off fat.

I origianally told you guys that I did not know for sure if it was LEUKIC giving me results or not..I started paying attention to my diet, going to the gym a minimum of 5 times a week, taking V12 Turbo and LEUKIC...At first I figured it was giving me the edge in the gym, i seemed to have had more energy and such

However, as my training progressed, I can't tell you that I think LEUKIC had anything to do with it. I have been finished with my LEUKIC for about 2 weeks, and I am still having great workouts. I have lots of energy, and I am still challenging myself in the gym.

I have been training more intense, and I believe I have been doing that because I have been seeing gains..the fact of the matter is, all of the things I have been doing are what has brought me to where I am, not one supplement.

I have been paying closer attention to my body and its trouble spots, eating right, getting rest, and trying to train hard...it has been going well..I have found LEUKIC on line for about $45, but I dont think i will be purchasing it again...I think I will be going with NOX-CG3, animal pak, and animal stack 2..

Let me know if you have more questions as I didnt read all of these posts

I have to admit, that all this hype about a leukic/gacik stack has kindof gotten me interested... I just put in my order through illpumpyouup.com, and i should have it in 2 days tops... Im going to have to see how much muscle i will be able to build on supplements... thanks alot @$$holes, now i just spent almost 120 bucks... hahaha, i will post again in a week or so, if i notice a difference... i dont mean to sound skeptical, but what works for one, wont for another...
Lifting is life, I'm proof positive

The doctor told me that I wouldn't live to be older than 30 at my weight... so I lost it, and am proving him wrong.

RE: LEUKIC by MuscleTech - Monday, March 06, 2006 6:05 PM
I have been taking leukic for about a week now and the biggest difference that i see is i am able to do more sets, more weight, and more reps every excercise. I do not get a real rush that i got when i was taking diet pills like redline or hydroxycut, but i am able to easily put out a couple more reps even when my muscles are burning. From what i have read, throughout this post in particular, it seems as though people are expecting leukic to give this insane rush when in actuality i havent had any kind of rush at all. Maybe its not the leukic, but all i knwo is the first day i took it i wanted to keep lifting and lifting and i never got tired. I know i have only been using it for a week, but i think leukic is worth the money, it may be a gamble for some people but if you can find it cheap then i say go for it.
