L-Carnitine vs Acetyl-L-Carnitine; Differences? - Saturday, April 11, 2009 6:48 PM ( #1 )
Im looking into this product from a stack i found, i keep coming up with two different versions of the product; L-Carnitine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. When I read into their individual description they are basically mirroring each other. Is one better then the other or a dead lock?

waste of money, increased supplementation of this amino acid is not needed as meat supplies enough. supplementation will not increase the number of Fatty Acid mitocondrial transporters being made, only your DNA will do that.
