Alright, thanks. I read the article and it cleared alot up. One more question; What would happen if I tried the L-Carnitine along with Gakic? Might this be a good idea???

dont try gakic Smile

l-carnitines used for cutting and gakic is supposedly a mass builder..

I thought the gakic might be a little extreme. My original plan was simply the l-canitine and muscle milk...yes, no, maybe???
