I am currently getting back into working out to the point htat I am getting addicted again.  I LOVE IT, the best feeling.  ANyways, I am getting stronger very quick on just creatine mono, protein, and glutamine.  My arms, chest, legs and shoulders are staring to show signs of gain, but my stomach and lower back...well thats not so simple.  I took a year off, pure laziness and got very soft, not too fat just really soft.  I am doing cardio, and lifting 5-6 days a week for  1hr-1.5hrs and have upped my protein to about 200-300 grams a day, I weigh 215. I know the only way to LOSE FAT is through hard work and time but will L-carnetine help me aid in the fat loss in my midsection any quicker? Thanks in advance.  If you have any other ideas, shoot!

Tweak the diet...intensify the training adn get it under 60 minutes...Take a week off cardio and see how you look.

You can not spot reduce...you lose fat evenlly all over.  Your most troubled area will be the last place to lose the fat..and everything needs to be working for you to clear it all out.

After a few weeks of pure training and optimal diet, you could supplement with Acytl-L-Carnitine (1.5 grams 2x a day) if you want to see if anything shifts...it is like a tiny player in a HUGE orchestra that leads to fat burning...

Peruse this for tips on diet...training...etc

If you are more interested in fat burning, the key is to make sure that you keep your metobolism up all day.  One way is to gain muscle mass.  Another way is to increase bloodflow via excersize and intake of specific things.  Both green tea and L-Carnitine (L-Tartate) combined will make a decent energy concoction, increasing blood flow.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe green tea is effective at dialating blood vessels while L-Carnitine can raise heart rate and blood pressure.

Also, your metabolism slows down about every hour or so, just remember to take 5 minute breaks to walk around and get the blood flowing again in your every day life.

L-Carnitine decreases fatigue so that you can go longer working out and stay awake longer.  It's also a temporary anti-depressant for some people (including me).  When I had the money, I would take it when I woke up and 1/2 before I worked out...along with ginkgo which helps with bloodflow too.

As a little forewarning, sometimes my chest would hurt if I didn't take L-Carnitine with Eluthero (not reccomended) or Green Tea.  I'm not sure why that was, but it might be because those two things promote bloodflow in veins...but I have no idea.

Sounds dumb but take N02/stack with creatine, it utilizes the fat. I find the easiest way, and less painful way( I HATE CARDIO) is gaining lean muscles mass. It takes a while longer, but I like the results. I honestly have not done hard cardio(45 to hour) in over 2 months, just a mile a day which takes me 7 min. comfortably. OH, ALMOST FORGOT, DIET is single handedly the most important thing in gaining or losing fat. If you only eat 3 or 2x a day, you def. are not going to gain a significant amount of muscle mass, sorry, won't work. You might starve yourself and look anorexic, but hey, if you want to look like 1 of the olsen twins, be my guest haha.
