Does anybody know if No2 or any of those kind of supplements work any better than just supplementing with some Effervescent L-Arginine?
Thanks

NO2 fills your muscles with blood and it dialates your blood vessels. What that means is that more blood flows through you and you feel a pump. In addition, your muscles fill up quicker and look bigger. This makes you look bigger but as to actual gains in strength I can't help you. I just heard this, I have never tried em.

Okay, thanks. I was wondering though if there's any difference but arginine-alpha-ketogleuterate (I think I got that right) and normal L-Arginine.

There's a book you can get at GNC on no2 for $1. It's called "No2, the 21 Day Transformation". It explains all of that stuff.

BoyRanchers on the money, he's currently taking it (Well Nitrix) and I just finished my "phase" of it. You really shouldn't miss any days to maximize effect. Take 9 pills a day. Even on your off days. I personally felt what they claimed and enjoyed the effects...

If you read the label on your NO2 booster, the main ingredient is Arginine.

Not really. Alpha-Ketogluterate just a salt that's also used in the Krebs cycle (the fat-burning cycle), it doesn't stay bonded to the Arginine, it's just a fellow traveller.

I am very skeptical of the whole NO2 craze, because Arginine has been around as a supplement for decades and hasn't ever gotten this kind of press before. I think it's just been repackaged and remarketed.

I've been taking NOX2 for 2 weeks, and the results just keep getting better and better, my bench press has been going up almost ten pounds a week, and I've gained 10 pounds of muscle mass already.

Except you've been working out for 1 month.. meaning.. can you really say the gains came from a pill the first month you hit the weights or the hard work you've put in and the massive changes your body is going thru quickly?

They say its the patented physer3 (??) molecule that does all the nitrogen retention. I'm with Powerhaus on this. I think its just another gimmick, but if you want to waste your money on these products, go ahead. I seem to get pretty damn good results without taking anything but protein, glutamine, and multi-vitamins.

I read on another forum that if you just take the supplement L-Arginine (10grms or so) with a glass of orange juice it will do the same thing.
