Is taking L-arginine before workouts very helpful??  And does it give the same effect as N.O. Explode?

NOX has stimulants.  Lots of caffeine.

L-Arganine is the real NO precursor.

You don't "FEEL" NO when your body is rich with it.  (you will feel the NOX because you are cranked up of caffeine!) You simply get more antioxidant effect (less cell damange) and more feeding of the active muscle wit hthe real thing.

L-Arganine - pre workout is the ideal time for it.

If you are not gaining weight than a supplement will do no good.  Supplement means "Extra."

Extra meaning to compliemnt diet and training.

AnatorP70 is basically expensive creatine, leucine (a branch chain amino acid) and phenylaline.  Hype.

Creakic..basically a low dose of creatine in a  "delivery vehicle"...Hype.

What works is training your ass off and eating for it!

Once diet and training are working for you...then there are supplements that can make things move along!  Don't think a supplement is the answer...they are just slight add-ons to crank what you have going up another notch.  And always check with the top people here about the efficacy of the supplements!

Do your homework before spending money!

As for chest workout....so much depends on your goals!!!

Dan is right on that point. Moreover supp like arginine and creatine can be find in food. So just eat right and be in touch with ur body is the basic.

And always check with the top people here about the efficacy of the supplements!

I agree 10 fold, the only thing about getting arginine in food is to get 5 grams at once prior to workout, an obscene amount has to be consumed. The supp helps with that alot. anyway with a diet rich in arginine and citruline added mass is the least of the benefits, your heart and bloodcells will be thanking you for years to come.
