JEEZ those are some heavy deadlifts, hitting those today in about an hour. I'm still stuck on 385, I better get it today though. I'm going to keep moving up till I can't do anymore, maybe my belt will make the difference, might be hard to get used to at first though.

I'm going to keep moving up till I can't do anymore, maybe my belt will make the difference, might be hard to get used to at first though. the belt does need some getting used to, but i love it. it gave me bruises around the waist at the bottom of my ribs. i had to take it off last week when i did zercher deads because of how far down u hvae to go to pick up the wieght. thanks man =D Deads have always been my strong point if you notice from following my journal thing here. been pullin since highschool. i really wish i would have got into squats a lot more. just seriously started squating about 8 months ago and now they are my fav lift. so its funny at the gym at the base that the guys that know what they are doing in the gym are the ones that seem to talk to eachother LOL. theres about 5 guys here that i told a gym might be goin up that would fit our needs. i told em its not for sure or anything. they would love to go to a real gym and train if there was one LOL.

Haha that is cool, I need to do some surveys and some market research. How far do you think a person would travel to lift? I want to put it somewhere that is quickly accessed by many areas. I have bruises at the bottom where my hips are, I had to take my belt off for hack squats. Just hope it works out today, I have a short torso as it is. I stopped deadlifting when I hurt my back years ago, and when I did squats I never went as low as neccesary, so I am pretty weak. I did notice your deads were really high, good that they are still well up there after your break.

SQUAT DAY Squats warmup 225x5x1 295x3x5 DE Box Squats w/ MM Bands 135x8x2 155x8x2 165x6 --very good speed here. was surprised that able to do same weight as last week even with the band tension. Bands were bouble wrappd at bottom too. Was AWSOME =D Reverse AFB (Average Flex Band) ME Squats (green ones) 315x5x1 405x5x1 455x2x1 455x1x1 ---omg these were awsome. felt so cool pushin out of the bottom. got some excellent below parallel depth on every set. when i got 455 on the bar and stepp'd out i was like "where did the bands go" cuz of how heavy it was LOL. felt like i was gliding. really liked these. Good Girls 3x12@130lbs Bad Girls 3x12@150lbs --great day over all. my hips are really sore right now. really liked training with the bands.

Figured since I was so hammered didn't need anymore. I was surpised too at first, my dynamic with bands is the same weight as without them, it just sucks without bands cause you move so fast the weights just want to keep going up. Love bands though, you felt like gliding, to me it felt the same but I was thinking I was pushing on a pillow.

BENCH DAY Flat Bench 210x5x5 MM Band Flat Bench (double rapped for extreme tightness LOL) 135x4x1 135x3x2 --really pissed that i dont have a spotter. i feel like i wasted most energy getting the bar off the rack. this is a very difficult lift. next week i will have a spotter for these. SOHP barx8 95x5x5 DB Side Lateral Raise 15x12x3 DB Incline Bench 40x8x1 50x8x1 55x8x2 --did a couple sets of BB JM Press's and could tell that it was time to go. my body felt done.

DEADLIFT DAY Reverse Band Deads 315x6 405x3 495x3 585x1 605x1x2 --dont know exact weight at which it would be at bottom and top, but 605 really felt like pulllin 520 off the ground and prob holdin 560 at the top. thats just a guess. was not easy my any means. Shrugs 90x15 180x12x2 160x15x1 @ 1 sec pause at top between reps Supported T-Bar Row 45x10 70x8x2 Zercher Deads 135x6 155x6x3
