My name is Kyle. I used to have a journal over at bodybuilding.com. I got to college and got lazy. This semester I have started back up working out, and I am gonna start a journal here. My journal over there offered me lots of good advice from the members. I welcome all comments and advice. 

I am doing a Westside variation by Joe DeFranco with my own little twist.
Monday- Deadlift Day
Tuesday- ME Upper
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Squat Day
Friday- RE Upper

and I have the weekend off from lifting. I will try and run a little and also play some pickup basketball games.

I am gonna post my two workouts I did earlier this week.

Not bad numbers for getting back into it. You'll get back to where you were pretty quick. Keep up the good work man.

When are you going to be back in town? We need to lift up at lifetime one weekend.
