i purchased this stuff today and had some questions.  As with everything there are companies that market it, I looked at the ingredients on all of it, it is all 1500mg of Kre Alkayn, yet I saw different methods of taking it.  Some people I spoke with said take 2-4 30 min prior to w/o, me being 220lbs, am to take 4, and take 1 post w/o.  I bought Sci Fit 1500 Kre ALkalyn and i says to take 1-2 in morning and 1 prior to w/p yet it is exactly the same ingredient. I am confused, I dont want to take to much of somethin for health and financial reasons.  Can anyone educate me on this product a little more?  Also, i any of you have any reviews, please post.  Thanks.

You can search for reviews of it, there are plenty.

This is "buffered" creatine monohydrate.  Thats all.  Nothing magic.

Just Creatine.

There is no clinical evidence that "buffered" has any effect greater than Creatine monohydrate.

Creatine supplementation relies on Dose and duration  and not on timing...once you have built up the load of creatine in your system..you want to keep it up.

Start with 3 a day as it says (4.5 G) and go a week..it will take about that long to really see the added energy in lifting.  Though you may see it from the start in a minor way.  You may be able to go on 2 a day after that...maybe not.

Also,
Do i nstill need to cycle on and off of this product? If so, what cycle shall I follow?

Cycling creatine is an interesting thing...sports nutritionists recommend taking it consistently...

You can stop taking it when you take a week off training every 8-12 weeks.

The body produces its own creatine...and what you load takes a while to get used up.

kre-alkalyn works, no doubt about that. it just takes like 2 weeks to build up in ur system

shall i be taking 4 prior to w.o and 1 after or 1-2 in am and 1 prior to w/o?  ALso, is it good to take this with grape juice as well?

Grape juice does not really matter.  In theory it aids in loading but really its not that important as creatine is systemic!  The level of it builds up in muscle and the blood and just stays that way as long as you supplement.  If you do not supplement it takes a while (30 days) for the levels to drop agian!  So there is no RUSH to get it to the muscle on a daily basis. Just take it consistently.

Those Pre workout times you give are good because when it reaches the blood, the workout carries it to the working muscle.

remember, acidity will not effect this creatine, i took 2 in the morning and 2 pre-workout.

I think Kre- Alkalyn is great. I used it all summer and had good gains. I just got more yesterday from muscleoutlet.com a 240 cap bottle was $32.
