What's the difference? Is one better than the other or no? I've been wanting to go on one of these for awhile, but I really don't know what the differences are. Recommendations?

I've taken purple-k (kre-alkalyn) .... I used a bottle and half and am looking at the bottle right now as i type this ... I did get some strength gains from it, but i found that i also got acne on my back and face ... I dealt with it for a bit, then it seemed when i stop my face and back cleared up .... I told this to the guy that sold me the stuff and he said he's never heard of that happening ... so it may or may not happen to you , but with the kre-alkalyn you'll see some strength gains with no water weight.

Creatine Mono, cheaper and the only one proven effective. Much more info about it and much more studied.

creatine has no effect on hormones.  It was not the cause of your acne.

Smaller particles so it is better absorbed. I dont know how much more effective it is because I always stick to regular mono.
