Knees grinding - Thursday, February 23, 2006 3:59 AM
I posted this over at the 35+ board too.

I love working legs! The problems are my knees. Mine aren't hurting, but man are they grinding! Does glucosamine or any of the other joint supplements help with that any?

Glucosamine has been proven to be good for joints. It certainly wouldnt hurt.

I appreciate it. I really do watch my form. My knees were bad before I gained weight. I think that they got banged one too many times when I competed in barrel racing.
