I posted this over at the 35+ board too. I love working legs! The problems are my knees. Mine aren't hurting, but man are they grinding! Does glucosamine or any of the other joint supplements help with that any?

I appreciate it. I really do watch my form. My knees were bad before I gained weight. I think that they got banged one too many times when I competed in barrel racing.
