One day like 2 weeks ago i sat down for a set on the bench press made knee made a loud pop so i stood up and stretched it out then did the set then after that i have noticed that whenever i go past or close to 90degrees my knee makes two distinct pops they are loud enough for ppl just around me to hear if the listen. i hope this isnt to major i dont notice much pain just a slight discomfort in the knee after the noise occurs Is there anything i can do outside of seeing a doctor to resolve this problem i am going to keep doing squats just not as far down?

Hydration joint health supplements. I have an issue with all the joints in my body "cracking" and have seen many professionals for their opinions, they all differed. I found that the "cracking" increases when I am not properly hydrated. I hope it is that simple for you as well.

I would suggest laying off the heavy loads on the knee for a while and go see a doctor for some expert advice. A popping noise sounds like it could be the patella being out of alignment and snapping back when it is stretched at 90 degrees or, some soft tissue damage within the joint. It might not be a problem but giving it chance to sort itself out with some help would best in the long run. Keeping your muscles flexible and using good lifting form avoids these injuries. When your back on the squats, have your form checked.
