digging this up for record. This really is more of a journal so if the mods see fit feel free to move it...
After cutting for about a month and a half, I decided I wanted more muscle added on to my frame so I started bulking. I was at about 221 or so before bulking again.
Currently at 235-236 after about 2 months. so its been about a 2lb a week gain on average.
I cant really tell much of a change in body fat, im around the same percent...I would guess.
My strength is steadily going up which is good, and my diet is well...im eating like a horse. I have started taking cytogainer for after workouts and before bed, and just in case I need to replace any meals. It tastes great, lol. Still taking an NO supplement before workout as well. Multi, B, C, Fish oil, and BCAA's.
I think im going to bulk up until I hit 240/245...and then cut down. My overall goal is to be at a very lean 220/225, but that will take a few years.
As a side note I just cant help but look in the mirror and still hate what I see. I constantly stress about my chest, and I used to over work it just because its the one muscle I am so vain about. Not abs, arms, but my chest... I hate it. As a side not my arm size cold flexed has gone from a 16 to a 16.45, and im doing almost no isolations for them. My thighs have gone from 27 to about 26.5, but in the mirror they seem a bit more defined. stomach has lost some BF as well. So I feel like im doing something right I just need to keep at it.
Also I am doing cardio but keeping it between 10-15 minutes 3 times a week.
Im going to save taking any more pics till about july, give myself even more time.
