This is a voluntary and non-promotional review. I bought this stack about 3 weeks ago and it has been the best supplement stack purchase I have ever made. I have about what appears to be a week’s worth left of superpump250 because I use two scoops per workout. Also I only take these two mostly on workout days… sometimes I will take a scoop each on non-workout days, but I was doing this so I could draw out the usage as much as possible. I took the superpump250 about 15-30 minutes pre-workout and would start ingesting the sizeon around halfway through my workout and finish it by the end. I’m 6’2 and started at 204-205lbs... am hanging around 211lbs-ish presently. My routine is presently in slow, steady, and very healthy and clean dieting bulking right now. I also do cardio for 30 minutes 5-7 times a week (3 runs, rest stationary bike) in an attempt to shed off some excess fat as well and keep the gains as lean as possible. *Note: I have used a variety of NO products previously so results may vary for others who have or have not had as much exposure. Taste Superpump250 – Fruit Punch 8.5/10 – As previously mentioned I was worried about taking another fruit punch NO powder after the disaster that was Universal’s Shock Therapy. Minimal aftertaste and it went down smoothly in a couple gulps. Sizeon – Lemonade 10/10 – Really, if I could drink this stuff instead of whatever I normally drink I would. It tastes that amazing. I had a bunch of my buddies try it and they were all pleasantly surprised as well. Mixing Superpump250 9.5/10 – Used a shaker cup and about 10-15 ounces of water… there was some foam left over and very minor grainy aftertaste. Great overall. Sizeon 8/10 – Again, I love this so stuff so much but I want this to be a constructive review. I’d also use a shaker cup to mix this and my only qualms with it is that it would settle after every shake shortly after and I’d have to re-shake before drinking again. Not a big deal, but just stating my view. Endurance Superpump250 9/10 – I was very surprised that I responded so well to the superpump250 because I feared that because I had used so many NO products previously that my body would simply not react as well as it could to it. Wrong. I felt like I had amazing focus, motivation, and increased endurance throughout all my workouts and was able to complete every set and go up in weights which I will discuss later. While this product does have caffeine in it, it did NOT give me the insane high shaky and jittery rush that NO-Xplode did. I didn’t crash hard like I did while I was taking the NO-Xplode. Big Plus. Sizeon 10/10 – When my muscles started to fatigue and I drank this stuff, it got me through my workout giving me that extra help in recovery undoubtedly. Again, I am now a firm believer in this product. Best creatine product I have ever taken. The Results In the last couple days I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends who are people who never ever compliment anyone or go out of their way to, and I’m talking about diehard ones, it shocked me. I’ve been told that not only have I trimmed down quite a bit but my chest and shoulders are looking much wider and ‘beefier’ and my arms are looking bigger. A big ego boost, but I don’t let these things get to my head because I am virtually never satisfied and always craving better and more ambitious results. The best increase by far in a weighted exercise was my military press. My shoulders have been somewhat of a struggle (tore both rotator cuffs in a freak escalator accident in high school), so this is something I focused on a lot during this stack. My military press started at a max of 125lbs x 6 reps (usually do 4 sets, increasing by 5-10lbs a set). This past Thursday night after only getting 3 hours of sleep the previous night because of school I managed to put up 155lbs x 6 reps (150lbs x 10 reps before that)… think I could have pulled 9-10 reps if I had gotten more sleep, so I’m going to make it a definite goal to hit that this coming week. Barbell Raise went from 85lbs x 6 reps to 105 x 6 reps. I had good gains all around, but those I felt were the most impressive. Cons, Conclusion, etc I workout at night with a core group of 5-6 guys at World’s Gym when there is no one else around 9-11pm so taking the superpump250 definitely affected my ability to fall asleep at night (was taking me 2-3 hours of tossing and turning) but I soon solved the problem a week later with some melatonin. Other than that I have no qualms and highly recommend this stack to anyone. It also won’t put too big of a damper in your wallet ($70). I’m putting in a large order for a ton of controlled labs products next week because I want to give those a try, but also am refilling my superpump250 with the new blue raspberry flavor and another sizeon lemonade.
