I am hoping for this new thread to become a sticky on top of the forums one day.  with that said...

I would like to start the thread with a question?

One problem that i have with these diets is filling it with enough calories to meet my need.

I guess i get full to easily too.

I think the best foods to eat while on this diet are Whole Eggs, Fish, Steak and other more fatty meats such as buffalo.

The problem is that creates a lot of saturated fat sometimes.  So the question is how can i get a large amount of unsaturated fats in my diet, as the rules of a ketogenic diet suggests.

u dont need to worry about sat. fats too much during a keto diet, just done have more than like 1/3 of ur fats coming from it.  less would be better IMO but thats a max.

im currently following a keto diet and i think im the only one on this forum doing so. my diet can be found at http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Davids_keto_diet_for_mass__idea_from_dapunisher/m_275149/tm.htm

great

i love the ideas of how you can gain mass while on a keto diet, and still lose fat up to a certain percentage.

certain gurus of low carb diets have some amazing reasearch,

this is my favorite page to date:

I can agree with david1991, but to curb this even more than keep you diet towards the eggs, fish, and chicken side of thingd. Especially fish, When it comes time for cutting and fat redux i tend to eat fish, and a of it. The omega's in ti tend to help with the metabolizing and control of fat on you body. I can generally get to 250 with 5%bf with no trouble using this. generally sit at 245-265 12%
