i took notice to everyone trying a ckd or a tkd diet and thought why not.
 
I wanted to know before i started tho.. the article i read says not to do high volume workouts while on this.
My current routine is an A/B fullbody 5x5
 
A                                              B
Squat                                   Squat
Bench                                  OH Press
Inverted Row/BB row           Deads(1x5 or 3x5)
something for tri's                Pullups/Chinups(alternating)(set 1 1 rep, set 2 2 reps, set 3..etc)
DB curls                                Something for tri/bi's
 
I do 2 sets of unweighted ab exercises either at the end or in the middle of the workouts.
 
So what do you think?
