No gimmick, kashi is legit.  I buy their pizza and crackers whenever they go on sale.  I'm with you brotha, kashi is awesome!

You got that right.

I keep a box of kashi granola bars in my car, and eat 1 or 2 a day.

Yeah man, I love their cereal. I switch between that and oatmeal just to mix it up in the mornings. Might have to check out some of their other products.

Kashi is a division of Kraft foods.

i have kashi protein cereal every morning.  along with a piece of toast and a scoop of whey (shake) mixed with milk

the cereal has like 13 grams of protein per serving, 40 g of carbs... lots of fiber.   it's GOOOOOOOD.  keeps me full for at least 2-3 hours.. which is better than almost all the other cereals out there IMO

That cereal looks good.  However if there's only 8 servings per box, I would need almost an entire box in one sitting, which blows.

Yes but it's a lot cheaper for me to pay 3$ for a container of Oatmeal that lasts me a week.

Yes it is just green paper, but since school started I'm only working thirty hours, and because of that I lost the ability to do any flat rate jobs, at my job.  Basically my average weekly pay has been cut by 85%.  So I have limited lettuce to eat, 'na mean?

Kashi is way expensive. I like the go lean crunch but only if it is allowed to sit in milk for a while cause otherwise it is like eating small pebbles.

Costco normally has 2 bag boxes for cheaper and they usually have more than the single boxes per packet.

LOL

I love the go lean crunch and the pebble like feeling as it chips away at my teeth :)

Honestly, I like their waffles as well. I cant eat the go lean crunch very often, I dont know if its all the fiber, but it really cleans out my system...

oh yeah and 1 bowl really is like 1/4 of the box... :P
