I just started working out and atleast got a place where us young guys can hang out.I'm a bit flabby but I'm trying to use this resource

No im not trying that and im replying because i dont think anyone els is either. In my opinion the best way to lose fat is to cut down on the sugars carbs and fats because that what fat is. Sugars make carbs.Carbs make fat. Everyone selling fitness magazines and books wana make it seem like they have a new revolutionary idea but they probably dont.No telling what that book has in it tho.I wount know because they dont tell you anything about it because they just want you to buy it.I would sugjest eating less carbs sugars and fats and start running or any other physical activity and you should see progress. Hope i helped

I agree man. Stick to the basics. A good diet and exercise is the best and healthiest way to go.

Hello Eli2,
Good to see that your begining to take care of yourself. That program actually looks pretty good to me. He'll explain how everything works and you have to exercise to get there. JMH2o is a little off. Carbs are/ simple and complex. Simple is sugar, bad deal. Try to stay away. Complex carbs are very good for you. However, If you eat more carbs than you body uses for energy etc., They are turned into sugar and then stored as fat. Balance your diet, and do CARDIO EXERCISE. That's the only way you'll slim down...........good luck..
