Just a few questions on supplements.. - Friday, June 13, 2008 12:24 PM
So, I started lifting back in September 06' and stopped in June of 07' up until about a month ago. The first time I started lifting I was 125lbs. at age 16. Tiny. Now I'm 147lbs. at 17.

I'm on Bio-35 Multi vitamin, Fish Oil, and EAS Premium Protein. It's working pretty well, except I'm still really little in appearance. No one believes that I weigh as much as I do heh, and I'm going to start rugby in the fall. So I was just wondering if there's a weight gainer I could use and how much to use? Such as Cytogain or something.

I'm not worried about gaining fat, it's literally impossible for me to do. I just need to gain size in muscle, and even a little more fat (I'm like 4% body fat). So, if I were to buy Cytogain, which is what I've been aiming towards, I was just wondering how often and when to take it. Once a day before or after workouts? Etc.

Thanks.

your metabolism is going crazy right now, and your body is eating everything in sight.   you need more food. EAT EAT EAT!  like it's your job.

sweet potato's, eggs,  milk, low fat yogurt,  lean meats, cottage cheese.    carbs are your friend.  up your calories.

yes.. cytogainer is great stuff, but it might be a bit cheaper to just try to eat a lot more food first.

I try to eat as much as I can, but I know it's not enough. I'm only eating the average 3 meals a day with little snacks. I don't really know what to eat, I don't have a lot of time on my hands so I'm not sure what to buy that's easy and quick to prepare.
