1. You can't change the shape of your muscles. That's all genetics. It was programmed into you the day you were conceived. 2. To hit the lower pecs with dumbbells, do dumbbell flyes on a decline bench. 3. You can hold the dumbbell behind your head when you do crunches. Or, for your lower abs, put a dumbbell in between your ankles and do leg raises.

i dont really get it.. so do you want to look like the first picture or the picture with the red circles? for lower chest i do decline with smith machine (which is probably a bad thing) cause i can never reach the dumbbells on a decline bench. and i love doing dips. when youre doing them make sure you lean over a bit. they hit my lower chest and i can feel it in the middle of the chest too.

Oh if my dad wasnt an alcaholic and my mum wasnt fat..lol if i continue to work my pecs will they eventually expand in width because surely they cant just grow outwards and will the gap inbetween my pecs where that bone is eventually be covered by muscle if i continue to work them?

dude, you want a gap. That bone, that's your sternum, your skin is anchored to it by fibers. If it were not there then you have no sternum and everytime you got punched even lightly inyour stomach, your heart would explode (little exaggeration). obviously if you continue growing your pec muscles then you won't end up with man boobs. however, jock is right, the muscle shape is all genetics. Think of it this way. You know those playdough things where when you squeeze them clay comes out put a plastic bag in the shape of a pec muscle over it. pretend the clay is the muscle, when you start to squezze, the muscle looks like whatever shap the nozzle of the squirter is, eventually, though you get enough clay in the bag that it makes a pec shape. This stops working when the clay starts to leak out of the bag. that doesn't happpen.

A 70lb jump on bench in 3 months is next to impossible. If you find a workout that's strictly for strength, you can expect to be benching about 150-160 by that time. Strength doesn't come fast right away. It takes a little time.

lol you wanna bench 210 by next school year..haha, I wanted something like that gonig to my 10th year too. I always say anything is possible but, this time..............lol.............keep on dreamin. If you were a grown up, with all the bones done and tough, i might of said yea if you killed yourself for it. If you were benching 225 and you wanted to get up to 310 that could/might happen but from 125 to 210, i dont think so at your age. Dont worry about the weight you bench, just workout and have goals(a little more realistic goals) and you'll get there. Weight training asks for Discipline, Responsibility, Focus, Motivation, Passion and tons more. If you got all that, you'll be very happy with what you get. I do not want to bring your hopes down but if you are really into bodybuilding, you should go for it no matter what. Its a life routine, once you start, you cant stop.

Number one: STOP SPAMMING!! Number two: As I am also 14, I am speaking from experience. I do more endurance with my lifts but I have found I can add a 2.5 to the bar at each end, every week. I haven't had a problem yet.

yea, that weight seems more reasonable, even with that weight your reps will probably start droping while increasing weight.
