Sorry for the bad pics in advance, but I'd like to know what I should work on. I want bigger pecs and biceps. I really need to work on my shoulders and abs too. Are there any exercises that will make your biceps grow horizontally. Bench 195 Squat Horrible Deadlift I don't max it

I'm guessing you weigh what.. 150? You are probably about 6-7% body fat. You need to post a back picture and a legs picture.

How much can you smith machine deadlift? You're ripped... I believe you would be 5-7% bodyfat.

Damn for 16 you're pretty yoked. Based on the pics I would say you need some work on your traps....do some shrugs. As mentioned you need to post some back and legs pics for us to give you a real critique....overall brother you have a good platform for your age. Do stick with squats/deads...compound lift if you are serious.

I'll post some leg and back when I get a chance. And I actually weigh 122 and have less then 5% bf, though idk how much exactly. Thanks for the advice. And btw I have very skinny legs, which is probably why my weight isn't very high.

All right, I'll get on it. But I'm 5"7 almost 8. And yes I have a great upper body, but my lower is crap. Barely squat 200, and that's really pushing it. Any tips on how to get rid of chicken legs?
