I was gonna wait a few more weeks until I started my next creatine cycle but was feeling a lil drained from over the weekend. So i took two scoops today and 20 minutes later i had to take a dump. Then when i got to the gym, when i was about to do my first set i felt like i had to take another dump but i worked through it and finished my work out. Later on after my work out i took another dump. I'm thinking maybe i should have just started out with the single scoop first like the container says. This is my 9th week back in the gym after 18 months off and was my second week benching with the bar. I was already doing 85lbs for 10 on incline and unfortunately ballys doesent have DB's over 85 so i decided to switch to the bar. Dont really care for the bar because its rough on the shoulders but dont really have a choice. Last week on the bar i did 135 x 10 205 x 9 225x5 245 x3 today on super pump i did 135 x 10 225 x 10 245 x 5 plus a spot for 1 more 265 x 2 plus a spot for 1 more I attribute most of that strength gain to muscle memory from lifting before, but i do think super pump gave me a greater focus and more energy as well as the best pump i've had in the last nine weeks. It did give me the dumps and it made me nauseated after my workout, so i think im gonna drop to one scoop until im able to tolerate it better.

So many people say super pump causes diarhea and the need to crap. I already have to crap enough as it is. Even if it is a good product otherwise, I would much rather have complete comfort in the gym so I can give it my best.

Anything that disrupts normal bowel movements like that cannot be good for you. I don't understand the big fuss about pre workout supps, cause when I'm squatting the last thing I want is a faster heart rate.

I like it, I also like the Nitrious Oxide. they create vascularity and the veins EXPLODE! Its not about the energy, its about the blood flow and the wider veins.
