I like your style of pants and... pillows ;). Nice work, what are the stats? Arms look filled out and your abs seem pretty cut up. Got the whole package.

Yeah, dude. You never told me what you're putting on the tape measure these days -besides the 32" waist. If that's the case, I'm betting those are somewhere in the vicinity of 15.5" to 16"? Of course, I have no idea what that would look like. I'm just pulling that out of my A.

veggeep Illusions my ass, dude. You can't fake pipes like those. But I know what you mean overhead bare bulb is the sh1t for bringing out the definition, yes? . Exactly. Gives a better perception of me in person also. Just like photos in the sun around 11:00 - 2:00 lol! That bright over head sun. LoL! Take a picture of my straight on with the camera flashing at me and I look small and not as lean. Unless there is back lighting or something. Anyway my arms use to be a little over 17.. They did shrink down though.. I haven't taped them in a while but honestly I would say they are probably only around 16 1/2 at a full pump. They probably stay around 16 1/4 to be real.. They are narrow vascular and shaped in accordance to my frame. It's all an illusion they aren't that big my waist is just that small and they are wide from the side.

6'2 192 - 194lbs 6 - 7% BF Squats : 315 x 10 reps Tbar rows : 250lbs x 10 reps Pull ups : My body weight x 35 x 10 reps Barbell rows: 205 x 10 Flat Bench: 245 x 10 Incline bench : 225 x 8 I donno.. I pretty much use between 225 and 315 on all my compound lifts. I was closer to 315 on everything when i was bigger but I guess LB for LB this isn't bad where I am at right now. I was doing reps with 365 for squats and 275 for flat bench.. But I weighed like 30 lbs more then I do right now.

So do you think a 29" waist on someone with a 53" shoulder girth would have the illusion of really big, even at like 180, but very lean?

well mine is 51 by 31 right now... so umm hell yeah! that would look dope. But are you telling me your shoulder girth now? cause you don't just lose inches off your waist, you lose them everywhere. By the time you get down to 29 inches your shoulder span may only be 50 inches. depending on where you are now.

IBendBarbells 6'2 192 - 194lbs 6 - 7% BF Squats : 315 x 10 reps Tbar rows : 250lbs x 10 reps Pull ups : My body weight x 35 x 10 reps Barbell rows: 205 x 10 Flat Bench: 245 x 10 Incline bench : 225 x 8 I donno.. I swear that this number is directly related to ones body composition. The higher the number, the more muscle and better body composition they usually have. IOW, whenever you see someone that looks "ripped" (I don't just mean skinny with low bf%), but a descent sized person that is very cut (which is basically what the point of bodybuilding), their squat number is usually pretty impressive. Ask Rollingstone, soccerking, toolman, etc....what they are able to squat. Usually the opposite is true as well. If you see someone that still doesn't quite have that impressive physique yet - whether it's still very skinny/lacking muscle, or skinny-fat, or chubby - usually they don't have a very impressive squat. That proves that the amount you are able to squat is directly related to the way that you look (physique-wise). At least that's the theory I'm sticking by .

brihead301 MVP Squats are the only exercise I find irreplaceable. I'm gonna have to say deadlifts and overhead presses are irreplaceable too. Sorta. But deadlifts can be replaced with stiff-leg, RDL's, power cleans, etc. OHP can be replaced with push presses and I guess arnold presses although I wouldn't recommend doing that. I just can't seem to find an exercise that would work the posterior chain, quads and back at the same time like a squat. I guess a front squat maybe, but it still wouldn't be a replacement for back squats.

JMBS IBB, When's the next big CMP reveal? Popcorn's ready to go in the microwave here! Can't wait! Are you on bulk or cut right now? Good workin' out! :) Clean bulking.. started last week. I just want to get to 200 - 205lbs then cut down one more time to 195 to be a little leaner. Or stay around 200lbs and 6 - 7 % would be nice... I will be dirty bulking in the winter.. I am going to shoot for 230lbs.. I had abs at 220.. so I might be able to keep them at 230.. They just barely show through.. then I will cut down again to like 205 and ill be set.. I am not trying to gain too much too fast. I want to stay lean I like the way it looks, I actually look like a bodybuilder instead of just a bigger person.

My boy is always trying to skip the free bar squats and go to machine squats and leg press.. But I will never ever take out the free bar squats. i CAN'T. I don't do deadlifts or standing shoulder press so nothing hits my lower back like Barbell rows / Tbar rows and Squats. But yeah I noticed the more my squats went up everything changed and my strength over all increased. Esp the size of my arms strangely.

Not sure I can agree with that.. Squats without a doubt will increase both overall size and strength but I personally know some huge guys that won't even go near a squat rack for various reasons.. Generally, if you're training for strength.. then you're cheating and limiting your ability to achieve full strength potential by excluding squats... For Bodybuilding.... Not even necessary.... When I say bodybuilding, I'm refering to anyone who trains strictly for an aesthetically pleasing body
