Hello all, I am very exited to be joining this forum and hope i will be able to recieve help and maybe even help others if i learn a thing or two. I am 5'8 133-137lbs 19yrs male...and am trying to get lean and cut. So that leads to my question what type of diet,supplements,lifting program or cardio should i start if i am trying to lose roughly 4-7lbs of body fat and gain muscle in order to get a lean muscular body i am interested in getting a body type like a MMA fighter and not trying to get huge like a body builder. Any help in ideas or suggestions in diet, routine, or supplements will be greatly appreciated

Diet=Eat as much as you can, then eat some more, but try to not go completely crazy on the dirtiness of your bulk. Routine: Starting Strength Supplements:Whey, not a big supplements person so i'm not sure what else.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
